Rethinking newcomers as resources in the revitalization of Danish outskirts

EAHR cooperate with the Danish Ministry of Immigration, Integration and Housing, which finances ‘Empty Urban Spaces and Migration’ a development project under the Urban renewal initiative. EAHR develops a handbook for Danish municipalities with recommendations, methods and best practices on finding new synergies between migration, urban renewal and empty building mass in the Danish periphery.

In this project, EAHR works in close cooperation with QBond, GivRum, Perifærd and anthropologist Zachary Whyte plus Odsherred commune and community of Horve.
